  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Regulation lays down provisions relating to the organization, implementation and completion of the programs of participation in the Revolve Dance Festival – Winter Edition 2022. The regulation applies to the beneficiaries of the courses and workshops in the offer Revolve Dance Festival-Winter Edition 2022, for the period from 3rd – 8th January 2022.

  1. ORGANIZINGN COURSES

The courses of the Revolve Dance Festival offer are provided to children aged between 09-19 + years, pupils of public or private schools and teachers of public and private institutions that have the main field of activity choreography.
To get to know the festival program, participants can consult the site or receive advice from the event organizers or the person in the school unit where they are Framed.

After the expiry of the registration period, no later than 28 december 2021, the tables shall be drawn up with the groups formed within each program and posted on the festival website and on the Facebook Page.
The program manager will contact each student to confirm the registration and to inform him of the Timetable/calendar of Activities.

  1. REGISTRATION/SUBSCRIPTIONS

The registration of the courses and workshops Revolve Dance Festival-Winter Edition 2022 is open to all students of public or private schools in Romania, of all nationalities, aged between 09 and 19 + years and teachers of Public and private institutions that have the main field of activity Choreography.
The classification of a participating student at the Revolve Dance Festival-Winter Edition 2022 in the age category is determined strictly by the age fulfilled until 1 January 2022.
Entries are accepted in the order in which the participants are registered and are confirmed at the time of payment of the participation fee or the advance of  30% from the participation Fee.

The participation fee must be paid within 5 working days of receiving the preformation by Email.

Those who cannot fully pay, have the possibility to pay in two instalments: 30% advance within 5 working days of receipt of the preformation and the remaining 70% by 28 december 2021 at the Latest. Payment of the advance of 30% of the amount of the chosen package is also the guarantee of the reservation of the place.

The records will be closed when the maximum number of candidates accepted has been reached.
Revolve Dance Festival Winter 2022 reserves the right to refuse any subsequent Application.

* The groups are also formed according to the level of preparation of the children.

FEES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Group 09 – 11 years girls and boys – daily schedule of at least 5 hours which includes alternatively:

1h stretching / floor-bars, 1h 20` classical technique, 1h10 ’character dance, 1h repertoire, 1h Neo-classical + lunch break.

Course price: 460 Euro

Group 12 – 14 years girls and boys – daily schedule of at least 5 hours in which are included alternatively:

1h stretching / floor-bars, 1h 20` classical technique, 1h20 ’character dance, 1h points / repertoire, 1h Neo-classical + lunch break.

Course price: 460 Euro

Group 15 – 19+ years girls and boys – daily program of at least 6 hours which includes alternatively:

1h stretching, 1h 30` classic technique, 1h points / repertoire + th. boys, 1h20 ’character / history, 1h30 repertoire / pas de deux + lunch break.

Course price: 490 Euro

Private Courses
You can request and book courses/private lessons with invited teachers, within the time available for each teacher.
Requests shall be made in writing on the email address contact@revolvedance.ro up to date 28th December 2021 at the latest.

The cost of a private course is 120 Euro and has the duration of 1h.

* The teacher may refuse a private course if he thinks the child is not well prepared.

 

Teacher Assistance Permit – Teachers with at least 3 students enrolled in the program, can apply for “Teacher Assistance Permit” for a maximum of 5 courses of your choice established in advance.

All other teachers can attend classes by purchasing a “Teacher Assistance Permit”, “Daily” or “Subscription”

Teacher Assistance Permit – “Daily” costs 50 euros / day.

Teacher Assistance Permit – “Subscription” costs 250 euros / week

 

The acceptance of the persons in the courses and workshops Revolve Dance Festival- Winter Edition 2022 is based on the following criteria and principles:

  • membership of a choreographic, state or private training institution;
  • purchase of a fully paid subscription at the time of registration;
  • compliance with the regulation of participation in training programmes by the BENEFICIARY.
  • be physically and medically fit to support intensive courses.

 

  1. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS

Participants have the following rights and Facilities:

– to register for courses and workshops belonging to the age category;

– benefit from the courses and workshops specific to the type of subscription purchased, the spaces made available by the organizers for these courses, the discounts offered by the partners Revolve Dance Festival – Winter Edition 2022, the kits offered by the sponsors of Revolve Dance Festival and participate in all socialization events organized within the festival;

– to receive a diploma of certification of the graduation of the workshops;

– to complete satisfaction questionnaires in relation to the program followed;

– To promote the name of the Revolve Dance event, as well as of its partners who are related to the subject, on all means of personal promotion and communication or through partners, during and after the event, with all the occasions and without time limit, and which are related with the prizes, scholarships or facilities offered by Revolve Dance. Otherwise, the scholarships are not awarded

Festival sponsors and participate in all social events organized at the festival;

  • to receive a diploma for certification of the graduation of workshops;
  • to supplement questionnaires on satisfaction in relation to the programme followed;

The participants have the following obligations:

-to present the medical certificate in which he is declared apt for physical exertion;

  • to come prepared with the equipment requested by the organizers for each type of activity in Part.
  • to be aware that they cannot recover the course or workshop unattended, on another day or in another course of the same programme, if absent;
  • to sign only in their own name the presence list of the Revolve Dance Festival-Winter Edition 2022 every day of the course;

– The participant understands and accepts that the advance or the full amount can be refunded only if there is the impossibility of presenting at the course due to health problems proven with medical documents.

– To attend classes every day 15 minutes before starting them,

– Don’t miss out! If this happens, the teacher has the right to redistribute the role assigned to another student.

– To present medical evidence in case of an illness that has occurred during the festival; If the course cannot be continued, the money can be returned for the remaining days of the course or be carried over to another Revolve Dance edition.

– To comply with the SSM and PSI norms that will be notified to them on the first day of the course for all locations of the event;

– To agree with the photography, filming and use of the materials resulting from this workshop in order to promote future events.;

  1. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ORGANIZERS

The organizers have the following rights:

  • to apply the satisfaction questionnaires in relation to the Revolve Dance Festival-Winter Edition 2022 and its performance;
  • formulate and promote the organisation and provision of other training programmes and future editions of the Revolve Dance Festival;
  • The Organizer reserves the right to use any photo or video recording of the Participant’s dance at the festival for promotional purposes;
  • to benefit from the protection of personal data;

The organisers have the following obligations:

  • to provide the participants with the space and facilities necessary to carry out all activities in the Revolve Dance Festival Programme.
  • to issue diplomas for the graduation of workshops in the program for Participants.
  • to ensure the attendance of all teachers in the Program.
  • to hand over all documents requested by the programme officer;
  • respect the right to privacy of the participants;
  • comply with OSHA and PSI rules; and COVID

REFUND IN ADVANCE OR AMOUNT PAID

The minimum advance is 30% of the total amount for a course to reserve a place.

The advance of 30% of the total amount of a package is not refundable. It can be used as an advance for another workshop or another Revolve Dance brand event or get lost.

In case of force majeure or unforeseen events that the organizer could not foresee, the return of the amounts paid (maximum 70% of the value of the purchased package) are established by mutual agreement.

After paying the amounts, the student cannot withdraw without a well-founded reason or if he decides to do so, a penalty of 50% of the amount will be charged.

The amounts can be refunded 100% only for medical reasons confirmed by a specialist doctor, reasons that do not allow the student to continue the courses. From the amount paid will be deducted the amount for the period in which the student benefited from courses. The remaining amount can be returned or redistributed for another Revolve Dance event.

  1. FINAL PROVISIONS

The provisions of this Regulation shall be binding on both the beneficiaries of the programme carried out within the framework of Revolve Dance Festival-Winter Edition 2022 and the Organizer staff, internal and external trainers and shall enter into force, at the time of the start event: 3 January 2022. ·

The provisions of this Regulation may be supplemented by internal decisions concerning the organization and conduct of courses and workshops by the organizers Revolve Dance Festival-Winter Edition 2022.
