This is the first year we are organizing the workshop outside of Bucharest, and we are thrilled that it will take place by the Black Sea, in the Neptun resort!
For this edition, we were guided by renowned international teachers: Carole Arbo, Bertrand Belem, Elpida Skourou from the Akram Khan Company in London, Eva Lopez, Lienz Chang, and Cezara Blioju.
For 11 days, we stayed together at Hotel Doina in Neptun, working hard and having fun. We created:
- A suite from the ballet Coppélia, featuring all workshop participants in various roles—ensemble, character, and solos. Special guests included principal dancers of Teatro di San Carlo in Italy, Claudia D’Antonio and Salvatore Manzo.
- Two contemporary dance choreographies.
- Two classical dance pieces: a waltz and Suite en Blanc.
- The final performance, composed of Open Class Revolve Dance and Stars Gala, was presented to the public on an open-air stage in a specially arranged space in the center of Constanța.
