- GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Regulation lays down provisions relating to the organization, implementation and completion of the programs of participation in the Revolve Dance Festival - Summer Edition 2025. The regulation applies to the beneficiaries of the courses and workshops in the offer Revolve Dance Festival Summer Edition 2025, for the period from 9th – 24thAugust 2025.
- ORGANIZING COURSES
The courses of the Revolve Dance Festival offer are provided to children aged between 09-20 + years, pupils of public or private schools and teachers of public and private institutions that have the main field of activity choreography.
To get to know the festival program, participants can consult the site or receive advice from the event organizers or the person in the school unit where they are Framed.
After the expiry of the registration period, no later than 1st July 2025, the tables shall be drawn up with the groups formed within each program and posted on the festival website and on Revolve dance social media.
The program manager will contact each student to confirm the registration and to inform him of the Timetable/calendar of Activities.
- REGISTRATION/SUBSCRIPTIONS
The registration of the courses and workshops Revolve Dance Festival-Summer Edition 2025 is open to all students of public or private schools, of all nationalities, aged between 09 and 20 + years and teachers of Public and private institutions that have the main field of activity Choreography.
The classification of a participating student at the Revolve Dance Festival-Summer Edition 2025 in the age category is determined strictly by the age fulfilled until 1 January 2025.
Entries are accepted in the order in which the participants are registered and are confirmed at the time of payment of the participation fee of the total amount until 1st of July 2025.
The participation fee must be paid within 5 working days of receiving the preformation by Email.
Registrations are accepted in the order in which participants are registered and are confirmed upon payment of the entry fee or 30% advance payment of the entry fee.
Those who cannot pay in full, have the possibility to pay in:
- Two tranches: 30% advance within 5 working days from receipt of the tax invoice and the remaining 70% until July 1, 2025,
- three installments: minimum 30% advance within 5 working days of receipt of the tax invoice, 40% until May 1, 2025 and the remaining 30% until July 1, 2025 at the latest.
The 30% registration fee is NOT refundable and nor can it be considered an advance for another edition.
Failure to pay the registration fees on time cancels the registration, which will be notified by email. The desire to participate will have to be confirmed by paying the registration fee of 30% of the total invoice issued within 5 days of issuance and the remaining payment by July 1, 2025 at the latest.
Registrations will be closed once the maximum number of accepted applicants has been reached and Revolve dance Festival 2025 reserves the right to refuse any subsequent registration request.
Revolve Dance Festival 2024 reserves the right to choose participants to choose its participants by online audition.

TAXES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
CHILDREN, boys and girls
Group 09-11 years (Completed until January 1, 2024)
990 euro: 5 hours/day x 14 days + gala including alternately: stretching/floor-barre, classical ballet technique, repertoire/dance of character, contemporary + lunch break 1h, open class in the Stars Gala final performance on August 24, 2025 with the choreographies learned during the course, plus one invitation for student and one guest for Stars Gala on 24th august 2025.
JUNIOR, boys and girls
Group 12 - 14 years (Completed by January 1, 2024)
990 euros: A daily program of at least 5 hours x 14 days + gala that includes alternatively: stretching / floor-bars, technique, classical ballet pointes/ repertoire, character dance, ballet acting, contemporary + lunch break 1h; plus open class, open class for the final performance and the possibility to be invited as a participant in Stars Gala, Invitation to Stars Gala plus a guest.
JUNIOR PRO, boys and girls
1100 euros: A daily program of at least 6 hours x 14 days + gala that includes alternatively: stretching / floor-bars, technique, classical ballet points / repertoire, pas de deux/duet, character dance, ballet acting, contemporary/neo-classical + lunch break 1h ; plus open class, the possibility to be invited as a participant in Stars Gala, Invitation to Stars Gala for one guest.
SENIOR, boys and girls
Group 15 – 20+ years (Completed by January 1, 2024)
1100 euros: A daily program of at least 6 hours x 14 days + gala that includes alternatively: stretching / floor-bars, technique, classical ballet points / repertoire, pas de deux/duet, character dance, ballet acting, contemporary/neo-classical + lunch break 1h; plus open class, the possibility to be invited as a participant in Stars Gala, Invitation to Stars Gala plus a guest.
The possibility of being selected as a participant (role) for the specially created choreography for the second and/or third part of the Stars Gala show on August 24, 2025, together with VIPs invited from abroad.
NOTE:
- in exceptional cases, you can only purchase one per week, but the participant assumes that he will NOT be able to be integrated in all Stars Gala choreographies or will NOT be able to receive roles according to his personal training if the choreographies started in the first week. The participant WILL be included in the choreographies that allow or that have begun to be prepared from the moment of his inclusion in the workshop.
COSTS: 550 euros (Children and Junior) and 600 euros (Junior Pro and Senior) for Week 1 (August 9-16) or 2 (August 18-24 with Stars Gala)
* The groups are formed according to the level of preparation of the students.
SPECIAL GROUP "ROLAND PETIT CENTENARY"
A special choreography will be created coordinated by a student of master Roland Petit who has reached a very high level in his evolution as a dancer (first dancer or professor). The choreography will be presented at the Stars Gala on August 24, 2025.
The group will be limited to 20 students.
Schedule: August 18-24; Age: 15 – 20+ years
Price: 150 euros/course; 1h30/day x 6 days
The price can be deducted from the total price of the summer course if the participant is enrolled in the summer 2025 edition.
This course can also be taken separately, outside of the summer course.

Teacher Assistance Permit - Teachers with at least 5 students enrolled in the program can apply for "Teacher Assistance Permit" for certain courses established together with the teachers invited to teach at Revolve Dance summer 2025.
Teacher Assistance Permit - "Subscription" costs 250 euros/entire period (access is only to certain courses that will be communicated at the time of purchase).
Private Courses
You can request and book courses/private lessons with invited teachers, within the time available for each teacher.
Requests shall be made in writing on the email address contact@revolvedance.ro up to date 1st August 2025 at the latest.
The cost of a private course is 120 Euro and has the duration of 1h.
* The teacher may refuse a private course if he thinks the child is not well prepared.
The acceptance of the persons in the courses and workshops Revolve Dance Festival- Summer Edition 2025 is based on the following criteria and principles:
- membership of a choreographic, state or private training institution;
- purchase of a fully paid subscription at the time of registration;
- compliance with the regulation of participation in training programmes by the BENEFICIARY.
- be physically and medically fit to support intensive courses.

BALNEOTHERAPY PROCEDURES PACKAGE
Location: Doina Polyclinic
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Access: Programming
Access to the indoor pool is included in the Revolve Dance Festival – Summer Edition 2025 offer package. Balneo procedures and a specialized medical consultation can be purchased separately: 90 RON/day/2 procedures or 125 lei/person/day/3 procedures. The procedures will be performed at the Doina Polyclinic, from Monday to Friday, by appointment.
The procedures are physiotherapy and medical recovery.
The procedures will be performed after the medical consultation and only on the recommendation of the specialist doctor in the clinic.
**Any desired procedures can be paid for on the spot and settled with a referral from the family doctor!
ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS:
50% advance payment period: January 10 - May 1, 2025
Full payment period: until June 15, 2025
The advance for occupying the accommodation is 50% payable 15 days after invoicing, but no later than May 1, 2025, and the full payment will be made by June 15, 2025.
Cancellation of accommodation:
* In case of cancellation until May 1, 20225, the entire amount paid will be refunded.
** In case of cancellation after May 1, 2025, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged,
*** If no accommodation is provided, the fee charged will be 100%.
**** The option to pay the advance of 50% of the amount of the chosen package is also the guarantee of the accommodation reservation. By not paying the advance on time, the reservation of the place is not confirmed.

Hotel Doina 3 stars is located in the center of the Neptun resort, about 100 meters from the train station and 700 meters from the sea, with the Comorova forest and two fresh water lakes nearby. The hotel has, in addition to accommodation and meals, a Therapy and Recovery Center (Doina Clinic) and a modern Conference Center.

LOCATION OF COURSES
The Revolve Dance Festival – Summer Edition 2025 classes for the summer week will take place in the International Conference Center of the Doina Hotel, Neptun, Constanta district – Romania.
The Conference Center is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel (10 meters away) and is one of the largest and most technically well-equipped centers in the coastal area. Built on an area of 2000 square meters, it offers several halls of different capacities (50 - 300 seats).
** The center is rented entirely and exclusively for Revolve Dance for the entire duration of the courses.
- RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS
Participants have the following rights and facilities:
- to register for the courses and workshops belonging to the age category;
- to benefit from the courses and workshops specific to the type of subscription purchased, from the spaces provided by the organizers for these courses, from the discounts offered by Revolve Dance Festival - Summer Edition 2024 partners, from the gift kits offered by Revolve Dance sponsors Festival and participate in all social events organized within the festival;
- to receive a diploma certifying the graduation of the workshops;
- to complete satisfaction questionnaires in connection with the program followed;
Participants have the following obligations:
- To present a medical certificate in which he is declared fit for physical exertion;
- To present a certificate proving that he is not infected with COVID 19 and that he has not been in contact with someone close to him who is infected,
- To notify the Organizer if he suffers from any contagious disease in order to determine participation or not in the courses,
- To come prepared with the equipment requested by the organizers, for each type of activity.
- To be aware that they cannot make up the missed course or workshop, on another day or within another course of the same program, if they were absent;
- To sign only in his own name the attendance list at the Revolve Dance Festival - Summer Edition 2025 program every day of the courses;
- The participant understands and accepts the fact that the advance or the full amount can only be returned if there is the impossibility of attending the course due to health problems proven with medical documents.
- The 30% advance is NOT refundable. It is considered a management fee, and the amounts paid are directed towards another edition of Revolve Dance only in exceptional cases (see the articles above),
- To show up to classes every day at least 15 minutes before they start,
- Don't be absent! In case it happens, the teacher has the right to redistribute the role given to another student, and the student will be distributed in available roles at the time of return,
- To present a medical certificate in case of an illness that occurred during the festival; If the course cannot be continued, the money can be refunded for the remaining course days or transferred to another Revolve Dance edition.
- To comply with the OSH and PSI rules that will be brought to their attention on the first day of the course for all event locations;
- to agree to photographing, filming and using the materials resulting from this workshop for the purpose of promoting future events on all Revolve Dance channels, in the press and everywhere the Organizer deems appropriate for promoting our events.
- To follow exactly the program communicated by the organizer, without deviations! Otherwise, the Organizer is entitled to refuse the student's participation in the following courses within this session without returning any amount.
- Access to the privileges offered within these packages will be managed by the organizer and will be communicated to each individual student. Any other grievances and extra activities will NOT be allowed except with the express consent of the Organizer and with the written consent of the parents
- To promote the name of the Revolve Dance event, as well as its partners who are related to the subject, on all means of personal promotion and communication or through partners, during and after the event, on all occasions and without time limit, and who are related with the prizes, scholarships or facilities offered by Revolve Dance. Otherwise, the scholarships will not be awarded or will be withdrawn, and their value will have to be returned to the Organizer. In this case, the Organizer notifies the Beneficiary in writing, communicating the mistake as well as a deadline for resolving the situation..
- RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ORGANIZERS
The organizers have the following rights:
- to apply the satisfaction questionnaires in relation to the Revolve Dance Festival-Summer Edition 2025 and its performance;
- formulate and promote the organisation and provision of other training programmes and future editions of the Revolve Dance Festival;
- The Organizer reserves the right to use any photo or video recording of the Participant's dance at the festival for promotional purposes;
- to benefit from the protection of personal data;
The organisers have the following obligations:
- to provide the participants with the space and facilities necessary to carry out all activities in the Revolve Dance Festival Programme.
- to issue diplomas for the graduation of workshops in the program for Participants.
- to ensure the attendance of all teachers in the Program.
- to hand over all documents requested by the programme officer;
- respect the right to privacy of the participants;
- comply with OSHA and PSI rules; and COVID
REFUND IN ADVANCE OR AMOUNT PAID
The minimum advance is 30% of the amount for studies to reserve a place which is considered a non-refundable management fee and is not considered an advance for another edition. The registration fee must be paid 5 days after invoicing to ensure a place in the workshop. The course will not be considered reserved until full payment.
The advance is calculated at the initial amount without the discounts obtained by the student on various occasions.
The amount paid (more than the advance) is returned only if there are medical reasons confirmed by the doctor through signed and initialed documents. The return of amounts in the cases explained above is made when the organization has funds for return and not when it requests.
The total amount of 100% is the full amount for attending the courses and must be paid by July 1, 2025 at the latest.
The 70% refund can only be honored with certain exceptions proven with approved documents: accidents, hospitalizations or it can be carried over to another edition of Revolve Dance.
In case of force majeure or unforeseen events that the organizer could not foresee, the return of the amounts paid (maximum 70% of the value of the purchased package/the established amount) are established by mutual agreement or are considered an advance for another edition of Revolve Dance.
After paying the amounts, the student cannot withdraw without a valid medical reason, or if he decides to do so, a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the course is charged, or he can maintain the registration for a future edition but in proportion to 70% of the amount.
Cancellation of participation for any reason, other than demonstrated medical reasons, less than 30 days before the start date of the events, does not allow any kind of compensation of the amounts paid.
Amounts can only be returned for medical reasons confirmed by a specialist doctor, reasons that do not allow the student to continue the courses. From the amount paid, the amount will be withheld for the period of time during which the student benefited from the courses. The remaining amount can be returned, when the organization has funds, or it can be redistributed for another Revolve Dance brand event. The amount of 30% of the amount paid or a minimum of 300 euros will be kept by the Organization to cover administration/management expenses.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
The provisions of this Regulation shall be binding on both the beneficiaries of the programme carried out within the framework of Revolve Dance Festival-Summer Edition 2025 and the Organizer staff, internal and external trainers and shall enter into force, at the time of the start event: 9th August 2025. ·
The provisions of this Regulation may be supplemented by internal decisions concerning the organization and conduct of courses and workshops by the organizers Revolve Dance Festival-Summer Edition 2025.
